I now this may sound stupid and ignorant, but what is this 'buying mechanic' all about? I am aware of employing the mechanic auto engineer to keep the car serviced/maintained after a race and services can be bought for 1GC.  There are some that mention, in the support page, about only having 2 mechanics.  I am seriously unaware of having to buy a mechanic.  Any ideas?
