It often can be seen in Polls, especially Advanced Polls, that items are sorted by '%' regardless of number of 'points', which sometimes puts one item with more 'points' under others with fewer, as evidenced by these images...

It would be okay to sort by '%' first and then by 'points' if not by 'points' alone; Whatever works to keep the order correct.
