In v4.6 FM moved back the S/F line of Mt. Panorama, but not in all events.
In Enduros they messed up things a little, moving back the starting position of the bots, but not the one of our car.
The result is that we have, from the start, the three slowest bots behind us, and this is quite useful.
If you start flat out, around the end of the third lap you will find these three slow bots blocking some faster ones, in groups of 4, 5 or even 6 cars, and when your time is probably running out... Nice!

This is working with all Enduros I came across since the update, even in the one of the Regera TLS.
