I want to upgrade a car but I get hit with the message that i must upgrade my garage to level 2 first. I've clicked every freakin clickable and for the life of me can not figure out how to do that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As an aside, I find the map racing UI to be good but the garage UI is horrible IMHO
