I was running the cars in the WTTT races tonight. In one of the races the in-race clock showed that I had beaten my previous best time by about 0.7 seconds, but the post-race clock showed that I was slower than my best time by about 0.1 second, a difference of about 0.8 seconds. This was especially outrageous because the in-race time would have put me into Group C (it has been a very very long time since I managed to get so far up in the ranks), and put me about 0.5 second up from the bottom of the group. Instead I had to keep trying to post a time that would get me into that group (which I did eventually, with a diffferent car, in a different race and by much poorer time). Many people complain about various TLSEs but I must complain about the shifty time-keeping in WTTTs.
