The last few Updates of RR3 seemed to have more Freedom to what you can paint your Car and Decal it. There's been several new Cars added that look like Racing Cars, with Sponsors and Stuff on it. Except you can completely wipe it and make it any Color you want and decal it whatever you want. It used to be that the racing specific Cars only'd a few official Paint Jobs and that's it. Now I've noticed, especially with the last several Limited Time Events, that Racing Cars can be made any Color you want and you can remove all the Racing Official Decals off of it.

The last R3 Spec Limited Time Event they had (Last Year sometime) you couldn't change the Paint Job. This one you can.
