FM7 has gone gold, and with that announcement we got to learn that the demo will be released for Xbox and PC on September 19. The full game is released on October 3, with early accesss on Sept 29 for Ultimate Edition owners.

The demo will feature three races, and it's the same as those in the E3 demo: the Porsche 911 GT2 RS (the new one, of course) at the Dubai circuit, the Mercedes-Benz racing truck at Mugello, and the Nissan NISMO GT-R LM at the Nürburgring GP circuit. The latter race will feature variable weather conditions, so we'll get to experience what that is like.

No news on cars with the announcement this year, which was slightly disappointing. I tried to keep an eye out for new cars in the commercial and promo videos that were released today as well, but didn't spot any yet. Either way, looking forward to trying out this demo, two weeks to go!
