I can say the gyro problem with RR3 doesn't exist on the iPhone X. ;^)
On the X, RR3 loads fast, runs great, and looks gorgeous. The new phone's screen has around the same real estate as a Plus model, however it's tall and narrow.
The game's display has large unused areas above and below, with no way to "zoom in" and fill the screen. There's room for it to be bigger. Unless FM optimizes the game for the iPhone X, the display area isn't edge to edge and is non-plus sized, a bit smaller in fact.
