So FM went and did something right even though they didn't realize it.

They added the 10 lap Spa race just recently, and by doing so, they had to somehow extend the maximum number of possible laps (previously 9). They did this on a global basis for all races. This means that with some careful modification, you can modify the number of laps per any event (thanks to raceWolf for teaching me how). However, the new discovery here is that while we used to be only able to go up to 9 laps per race, 10 laps is now available as well. I'm not sure how high this number will go, but I am soon to find out.
