Goal 4: GP, 10-lap cup, race ends (and gives you the green banner) as soon as you lap an opponent

EDIT: Goal 4: I don't know about influence on dumbing down the bots here, but you probably will be able to lap the first opponent by lap 5. So just DON'T and follow him until the final lap, lap him there.
