What we know so far is:

Max tuning pack available will be 6-7-7-8. Given how redudant M$ has become probably best to just up the tuning pack to 6-6-6-6 (cost M$ 2,182,900) to achieve the req PR of 80.8 and collect the car and any gold.

IMO, there is no use upgrading the driver or principal at this point as there is no Invitational and no TT this release & M$ is proving to be pretty useless. Just one series and two cars. What do the others think?

Note: The next SE needs the car to be upgraded to 82.0.
