Whenever I get especially annoyed with this game, I remind myself, "there's always Desert Bus."  It occurred to me that fundraising could be accomplished if the Desert Bus was added to RR3, perhaps by making it available via auction for stints in OMP.  If your goal is to block other players, you couldn't ask for a better beast!
