Okay, so I had so much fun doing the other Notting Forest tutorial I thought I'd put up another one, this one is Alkeisha.

My wife is looking at me right now as IM speaking into Siri "talk to chat" and she really thinks I'm a nerd. Can you blame her?

it gives me great pleasure to give you this video tutorial of a 47.07 in the  f1 at Alkeisha, one of my better tracks.. i think there is another .50 secs to shave off somewhere but that would be the perfect lap. This was OMP earlier chasin the masterful ~Stoney~ who taught me a lot himself.
