This should be a very interesting documentary. Car guy Adam Carola is behind the creation of this. Newman was a serious racer and certainly no dilettante.

I saw Paul Newman race several times in the '70's and '80's at Lime Rock Park. Although he was one of the biggest movie stars of that era he was very down to earth and approachable at the track.  The paddock at Lime Rock is still that way. 

I'm looking forward to viewing this on release in May.
