FMEA for sure read it and didn't follow such an idea, because they can wink
Tin mentioned one time that they think about an exchange option....
But for a lot of long time users for sure not fast enough 
So I throw in this option as a "long time exchange"-option
An instant or month based exchange will be to short... but how about a "R$ to gold" option you can use (we all know that the timetravelling is decreased and if you are running out of R$ the timetravel also doesn't help) every 2 month/quarter year/half year?
