Some of my team mates seem to have found the solution to the "missing friends on FB" problem. It's an FB settings issue and it worked so far for everybody who had tried it.

How to allow FB friends to see you in RR3:

Set that to “Friends” where the arrow shows in this last pic. If it is set to “Only Me” your friends won’t be able to see you in RR3 ... hit “save” and then look again to be sure the change takes.

When we make the change to our FB account settings that allows friends to see us, but in order for us to see them, they must change their settings.
