I’ve started racing again after a nearly 2 year layoff. I’d get on every so often just to see what was going on. Anything new? Nah. Kill. From what I’ve seen, EA stays true to their corporate mission; i.e., introduce new ways to entice you to make in-app purchases. No thanks.

I decided to start over just like I did in April 2013. Literally. The fun is back. I play daily. Completed amateur and focusing on pro-am and pro. No F1. No e. Nothing but Road Collection. I know it sounds crazy but it works for me. I’m having a blast reliving what I did with ver 1.1.

One issue has arisen though. I’m not getting the 20% discount offer for a car’s showcase. Have they made changes to that? Is there a new setting I’m not aware of? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
