Racing Fundamentals & Theory

Well here we go. This is the place to talk about how to get better. Unfortunately, with the other forum gone, we have also lost all of that information. There was invaluable advice that I guess is now lost forever. trackbully, ptopo, actualsize, shteebs, mushroom, tera1999, jurgiesch, stoney

All the greats. Now we have to start over.

To get us on topic, let me tell you the three things i feel are most important.

1. Listen to the engine. Feel it. Know when it wants to shift gears.

2. Try and hit the apex at the rumble strips at each and every turn.

3. Avoid contact if at all possible no matter what, even if you have to let that person pass.
