Would you rather pay a flat price for the initial download and then small fees for SIGNIFICANT updates or would you rather do an annual subscription? How much would you be willing to pay for either scenario? (Take the emotion/frustration that you have for FMEA out of the equation and imagine that we are all back in January 2013, eagerly awaiting the release of RR3.)
