Second attempt at this one - what exactly constitutes an outside pass?  I can run the entire race, passing all cars on the outside of the turns, yet very few of those passes apparently qualify (how it's determined in the weird chicane near the end of this particular Dubai course is another question).

Would like to complete this, but still hate the Ferrari 412 T2.  Its sound is not only annoying, but LOUD - have to turn it down for this car.  And it drives like a go-kart that has more power than sense (which is probably the way it's supposed to drive, but having a hard time enjoying it).
