I was updating the Series database today, mostly with the special challenge events, and found I couldn't remember all the versions where they were introduced. I think the ones I filled in are correct. If someone could help me fill in the blanks, that would be great.

The Silverstone and Spa versions of RTLM seem to have been introduced in v2.2 (found here after that thread was split off from the v2.2 release thread).
Endurance Gauntlet was v3.2 (found here).
And, Zermalmer, the two Road to Le Mans ones - Silverstone and Spa - seem to be absent from your Challenge Overview thread. I found these threads where they were being discussed, but they aren't nearly as organized as we all got to be later on.
