RR3 is laggy (2.1 and ios7.1)

RR3 is laggy (2.1 and ios7.1)

I've just updated from 2.0.1 to 2.1 and I've noticed that the game is laggy.  Seems like in any race, the game freezes slightly every 2 or 3 seconds.  Makes it nearly impossible to play.

Has anyone noticed this?

I'm running on an iPhone 5.  Incidentally, it seems like RR3 isn't logging into GameCenter for me.  I'm logged in to GameCenter within the OS, but RR3 doesn't recognize it.
