Nearly all the top rated drivers in the present Brands Hatch TTT have used the Ford Focus RS rather than the Shelby '67 Cobra GT500, although on paper the Shelby has a higher PR of 19 compared to the Ford's 16.7.

As I am not so experienced and only just reached Class C, would be curious to hear from top gun drivers what are the advantages of the Ford Focus for this TTT.

Ford stock:    163mph, 5.9sec, 127.0ft, 0.94g, PR 4.6.     Ford full:  183mph, 5.3sec, 117.0ft, 1.01g, PR 16.7

Shelby stock: 138mph, 6.1sec, 160.0ft, 0.80g, PR 3.4.  Shelby full: 176mph, 5.0sec, 123.0ft, 1.00g  PR 19.0
