The Gauntlet

This is a new special challenge which differs from the known challenges and is not bounded to a storyline.

Win this challenge without going off-track, skidding or touching other cars

The some of the following goals are classified

The Gauntlet is a high-stakes, high-reward challenge.
Quitting or otherwise exiting a race will reset your run, including the Boss Reward.

In Boss Challenges, you race against Magnus Rylander. Beat him to win the Boss Reward.
You'll be lent the prize car for all Boss Challenges. Upgrades stay on the car permanently.

You've won the Boss Reward and it's safely in your bank. Keep earning Points to win the ultimate prize!
Tap the 'i' symbol to check out the Rank Rewards When you fail, quit or otherwise exit a challenge, your run ends and you'll have to start again from Challenge 1.

Since this is your first loss, you can retry for free.
Upgrade your car to improve your chances of beating this Challenge

Throughout the Gauntlet you’ll race in a wide variety of cars, and your opponents constantly change too
Running The Gauntlet is a great way to drive a wide variety of cars
Most Gauntlet Challenges allow you to choose from multiple cars – be sure to pick the right one for the event!
Each new roster of cars is more powerful than the last – keep gaining Ranks to drive them all!
Failing a Challenge doesn’t have to be the end! You can choose to Retry if you want to have another attempt
You constantly earn more Tickets over time, so keep coming back to run The Gauntlet and win the prize car!
Keep running the Gauntlet to beat your Personal Best longest run
Check the difficulty rating of each Challenge to make sure you and your car are ready
If the difficulty rating of a Challenge is High or Extreme, upgrade your car to improve your chances of winning
A difficulty rating of Easy doesn't mean you'll definitely beat the Challenge - you still need to race your best!
You earn more Points the further into the Gauntlet you get
Later Challenges are worth more Points
Collect Points by winning Boss Challenges to win the prize car
Gauntlet Boss, Magnus Rylander, was once known as the Lion of Leipzig - losing the title just made him more relentless
Magnus Rylander is not only the Gauntlet Boss, but also your rival - it's personal!
It doesn't matter how many times you beat him in a Boss Challenge, Magnus will always try to regain his pride by racing you again
