Goal 1 - simple speed record
Goal 2 - 4 lap cup. Rush into 3 by end of first lap. Fall back to 4th for end of 2nd lap. With stage 1 R$ upgrades only, bots too fast on the straights to catch up. But we'll run into back markers in the 4th lap to allow us to easily overtake for easy win
Goal 3 - no issues hitting required speed and time for this reverse lap. 
Goal 4 - 3 lap cup
