Day on Dubai. Beginning car with the 2 stage 2 R$ upgrades

Goal 1 - easy speed snap
Goal 2 - 3 lap cup on the Hill Circuit. With rolling start, more like 3.6 laps.
Goal 3 - 4 lap cup on the Oval Circuit. No issues winning race, but couldn't get required average speed with R$ only upgrades. Temporarily skipping to see last goal before trying harder to complete with minimal upgrades. 
Goal 4 - 3 lap cup on the National Circuit.
