Still on Silverstone for the day. Waiting for stage 1 upgrades to be complete before trying the day. Don't see how day can be done without them. 

Goal 1 - simple hunter on international circuit with a little tailgating the chase car
Goal 2 - 2 lap cup on GP circuit. Can do both required speeds on same lap. 
Goal 3 - speed snap without skidding. Having great difficulty with R$ only upgrade car. Required speed is 231.x. I somehow managed to hit 230.x but could never do again. Always got 225.x. Skipping temporarily. 
Goal 4 - 3 lap cup on international circuit. No issues with R$ upgrades only
