Day on Mount Panorama. The afternoon time sky looks so different. 

Goal 1 - 1 lap cup
Goal 2 - 1 lap cup. Doesn't matter what place you finish in as long as you can tailgate that guy. When coming out of the esses, be on his ass. Otherwise he'll pull away from you going down the mountain with R$ upgrades only
Goal 3 - 1 lap H2H against Magnus
Goal 4 - speed record. Can't find the line to hit the required speed while staying on course. Skipping for now. Probably will need brake upgrades. 
Goal 5 - 2 lap cup. Really a 3 lap race with a rolling start just past the starting line. Came no where close to require average speed with R$ upgrades only.
