Due to some bug in the game, suddenly all the upgrades done to my Mazda 787B disappeared. It happended overnight around 2 weeks ago. I won the Mazda after completing "Path Of Defiance".

So I raised a ticket to Firemonkeys support. And what happened? Yeah, I got some of the upgrades back. While the car was upgraded to PR87+, it's now upgraded to PR84,8. I even sent them a screenshot to prove them that the car already was upgraded to PR87+. The last 2 engine Upgrades are gone, and that's 170 gold. They didn't want to help me more than a few cheap upgrades.

"We are unable to compensate further in this context. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused." was the answer they gave me.

I lost around 300 gold because of this.

I've never cheated in the game, and 2 times I've even spent real money. I didn't do anything wrong.

I will warn people against spending real money on this game. The money can be lost any time, and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Be careful what kind of people you are sending your money to.
