I recently re-downloaded RR3 onto my iPad. I played it a fair amount when it first came out, but I removed the app to free up some storage.

I was excited to see the new features, and the customization options seem really cool, but I don't have access to them.

Is this a feature that has to be earned through completing something, or is this an error in the game?

Any tips would be aprreciated.
