I'd imagine a wiki can be useful. First, we can put up all the tips and facts onto it. Then, we can also maintain a leaderboard easily. Good thing about a wiki is that stuff in a forum fades quickly. Stuff in a wiki stays there until updated. Maintaining wiki software is actually quite easy as well. Why not?
