Not sure if this is the right place for this thread but here goes.  I've not taken advantage of friend bonus but would like to and not really sure how to get started.  I looked through the archives but couldn't find a tutorial.  The game manual is pretty thin on the subject.

Would someone be willing to point me to relevant articles or give a brief summary of the process steps?
