Basically, the long 10-day journey came to a halt when the rich man didnt keep his promise. All he left me with was his training car when I got my license for the Championship. No Race-Spec Stradale to be seen here.
 

I suspect the reason why I did not receive my Limited Edition Stradale was because I turned the clock on my Andriod S4 forward to where the Campaign had ended for the sake of skipping repair times. It seems that this jump to the end of the Campaign caused the game to think that it has ended already even while I have reverted the clock back where the Championship was still playable and thus resulting in no second Stradale to be rewarded.

At least I still have another chance to get it in 12 days or so. Whelp.
Anyone else get this problem on Android or other operating systems?
