I've only been in the Maserati World Tour lately, so I don't know if he is everywhere, but anytime I run a cup race there, I almost always lap a really slow moving bot long before the end of the race.  Is this a new Monkey 'Realism'?  Trying to imitate a car with a problem?  I even noticed it in Endurance races when the 7th place bot does a ridiculous 4km or so and then a 12km gap to the pack.
