I've run it half a dozen times now.  I win the first round, hands down.  Then I win the second round by 15m, but every single time it then tells me I LOST!  I'll re-boot and try again later, but anyone else having that kind of problem?  It's pretty annoying since I just have to finish that one and an endure to finish the series.
