Anyone have any idea what this ban code is I received today just after doing a sync on my phone.

I don't find a reason for this suspension code documented anywhere.

It appears there is much of this going around judging by the Firemonkeys latest announcement on their website about it:

The Team are currently investigating an issue where some Players are being incorrectly suspended with a 10049 Suspension Code.

We are aware that you are all eager to play the Redline: Origins Event, but in the meantime if you are affected, please Submit a Support Request and be sure to provide your Player ID, which can be found at the bottom of the Settings Menu:
 

 
 

Seems a few racers also complaining about it as given from a search of '10049' on Firemonkeys website:  community
