on my main account I didn't recognize the following, because of the progress and the late introduction of them.

On second device I see now, that you are only able to hire agents in higher racing classes, when your garage reaches a specific amount of R$

e.g. I'm able to race in legend section, but I can only hire agents up to the master series (just switched the agents free for this with the buying of the P1).

Can't remember that someone report about this (or didn't I read it?)
