For me it looks like the next Ferrari challenge will unlock around 6:30pm eastern US time today.  Prior to 6:30am it said 13 hours and then after 6:30 it said 12 hours.  Wondering if this is a global unlock at this time everywhere after adjusting for your local time zone or if this somehow relates to when I unlocked the 375 series.
