You need to complete 2 Trophy events on a track before its TT will open, and 3 Trophy events before the next track will open up.

With the car at 333355 PR71.1 from winning the LTS you can obviously reach 75% (and go as far as 84%), but to finish the series requires spending another 170GC plus M$ for 355555 PR73.4.  All upgrade costs are here.
